4 Apple Face Pack Recipes For Various Skin Types

By  Bella Elsher separator Beauty separator 3 Min Read

An apple a day keeps not only the doctor away but also skin problems. You can get the benefits of apples for your skin by eating them or applying them topically.

Apples provide all the vitamins and minerals necessary for maintaining radiant skin. Vitamin C, which is abundant in apples, is essential for collagen production. The clarity of the skin's barrier is maintained by collagen. Its high copper content also aids in the production of the skin-protecting pigment melanin.

Apples contain vitamin A, which promotes healthy cell growth and reduces the likelihood of developing skin cancer. Apples are great for your skin because they help it retain its natural glow. As an added bonus, it can be applied directly to the skin.

Here are four apple-based face packs to try at home, each customized to a specific skin type.
